Chr. de Koff & Zn. B.V., trading as ConnectorRoute, is the controller for personal data processed through connectorroute.com, quotations, orders and related business communications. Contact: privacy@connectorroute.com or Haarbos 16, 3953 HA Maarsbergen, the Netherlands.
2. Data we process
We process business contact details, company and VAT details, billing and delivery addresses, quotation and order content, correspondence, payment and transaction references, technical logs, consent choices, and analytics or advertising data where consent is given.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, enter into and perform contracts, deliver goods, invoice and collect payment, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, secure the website, improve our services and measure marketing. The legal bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared as needed with logistics providers, banks and payment providers, accountants, IT and hosting providers, email providers, analytics and advertising providers, professional advisers and authorities. Current services may include Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Resend and Revolut.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
Order, invoice and tax records are normally retained for 7 years or longer where legally required. Quotation and non-converted enquiry data is normally retained for up to 2 years after the last substantive contact. Security logs and analytics data are retained according to operational need and provider settings.
7. Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage supports the cart, language, security and consent choices. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and advertising technologies load only according to the consent choices presented on the site. Consent can be changed through the cookie settings link.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@connectorroute.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
9. Security and automated decisions
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. VAT and credit checks may be reviewed manually.

We may update this statement when our services or legal duties change. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
